1. Non-Refundable Registration
Due to the limited number of participants in each webinar, all registrations are non-refundable. Once a spot is reserved, it is held exclusively for you.

2. Ticket Transfer Option
  • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. To do so:
  • Notify us at least 24 hours before the webinar.
  • Provide the full name and email of the person who will take your place.
  • Once approved, the new participant will receive access in your place.
3. Why This Policy Exists
  • Each webinar has a limited number of seats. Your cancellation could prevent someone else from participating.
  • This ensures fairness to all participants while respecting the time and preparation required for each session.

  • Recordings may be made available at the discretion of the host but are not guaranteed.
